FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you allow food in your tasting room?
You are welcome to bring in outside food. In addition, Plate Restaurant will deliver pizzas to our tasting room (Tue – Sun).

Where can I park?
Our building has a small parking lot on the west side of our building. You can also utilize the overflow parking lots of the two buildings directly next door to us (601 E 63rd St & 701 E 63rd St) or the neighborhood on-street parking.

What is your to-go beer release schedule?
Cans are added to our online store weekly. We share details of beer releases on Facebook & Instagram.

Are children allowed?
Children are allowed, but they must be accompanied by an adult (21 years of age or older) and supervised at all times.

Do you offer flights of beer?
We do not have a traditional “flight”, but we offer smaller pours (8 to 10oz) of all beers on draft.

Are dogs allowed?
Well behaved dogs on a lease are allowed on our patio.

Do you sell kegs?
Due our size, we are not currently offering kegs for sale to individuals. We offer a variety of beers in cans to-go in our tasting room. You can also find our beer on draft at a select restaurants and bars in the Kansas City, Missouri area.

How can I get BKS Artisan Ales merchandise?
We have hoodies, hats, shirts, glasses and other products in our tasting room for purchase.

Do you offer gift cards?
You can purchase plastic gift cards at our location during our operating hours, or you can purchase eGifts cards online here.

Can I hold my private event at your tasting room?
We are currently not holding private events. 

What payments methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, Apple/Google Pay, Cash App and other electronic payment options. We do not keep cash on-hand.

Are you hiring?
We appreciate the interest, but our small operation is not accepting applications at this time.
