Saturdays in December at BKS Artisan Ales

In case you have not heard, BKS Artisan Ales will be open every Saturday starting in December! Thanks to everyone for the support thus far, and we are excited for what we have planned in December.

December 2: We will release our collaboration beer with Ballast Point, Juice’s Counterculture. It is a Northeast Style IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops, orange zest, two English yeast strains and sacchromyces trois yeast. Starting at 12pm, we will release 200+ 16oz cans of the collaboration beer. Then, from 1 to 5pm, Juice’s Counterculture will be on tap along with other beers from BKS Artisan Ales. See the current tap list on our tasting room page.

December 9: Our tasting room will be open from 1 to 5pm for tap pours.

December 16: We are holding our Grand Opening Celebration starting at 12:30pm. Our local Kansas City Councilman, Scott Taylor, and others will be in attendance.

December 23: Our 2nd bottle release of our holiday beer, Pine Tree IPA, will be from 12 to 1pm. This batch of Pine Tree will be slightly different than the one we released on Black Friday. For this batch, we folded in dry hop additions of Simcoe and Citra, as well as gigantic amount of Chinook. After the bottle release, our tasting room will be open from 1 to 5pm.

December 30: Get your New Year’s celebration started early! Join us from 1 to 5pm for tap pours on New Year’s Eve Eve, and we may have a few other surprises in store.
