Can you believe we have been serving beers for a little over 3 months? During this time, we’ve had a lot great questions about our can/bottle release schedule, hours of operation, and other future plans. We will attempt to answer most of the questions here, or at least the ones we have answers for.
Can/bottle release schedule
Can and bottles releases are dependent upon our brewing schedule and when we have enough beer to be canned or bottled. While we don’t always have beer to-go, our goal is to have it as often as possible.
The next can release we are planning is this coming weekend, 2/10/18. We will have cans of Counterculture (NE-style IPA), double dry-hopped with Australian Vic Secret hops. Also, coming soon, we have a new Antithesis (Midwest IPA) nearing completion in the fermenter, the return of coffee Rockhill & Locust (Oddly Correct Coffee Roasters has a new Kenan variety coffee for us), our first “Grand” (NE-style Pale Ale), and finally Holstein (Milk Stout) with VANILLA BEANS! Stay tuned for release dates!
Hours of Operation
As you may know, we have kept our hours to Saturday from 1 to 5 to ensure we have enough beer inventory and are able to scale up in a manageable fashion. We are going to test out Sunday hours in February and March to see how it goes. We are also going to alter our hours on March 10 for the Brookside St. Patrick’s Day Warm-up Parade, and March 17th for St. Patrick’s Day. See below for our hours of operation over the next 2 months (can/bottle release dates TBD and may impact opening time).
- Saturday, Feb 10 from 12 to 5 – can release of Counterculture DDH Vic Secret
- Saturday, Feb 17 from 1 to 5
- Saturday, Feb 24 from 1 to 5
- Sunday, Feb 25th from 1 to 5
- Saturday, March 3rd from 1 to 5
- Saturday, March 10th from 10 to 2
- Sunday, March 11th from 1 to 5
- Saturday, March 17th from 10 to 2
- Saturday, March 24th from 1 to 5
- Sunday, March 25th from 1 to 5
As we get into warmer days and longer daylight hours, we will evaluate changing our hours to take advantage of our patio.
Future Plans
We are working on expanding our space in the same building to increase our fermentation capacity so we can have more beer for you to-go and in the tasting room. This includes barrel aging, spontaneous fermentation and other experiential ventures.

We truly appreciate all the support and patience as we figure out our future plans!
