There are still a few tickets remaining for the progressive beer dinner with Heirloom Bakery & Hearth and BKS Artisan Ales on Thursday, June 7th.
The event starts at 5:30pm at BKS Artisan Ales for appetizers, then we will take a short walk up the street to Heirloom Bakery & Hearth where you will enjoy the main course and dessert.
The beer dinner will feature fresh ingredients from local farmers and vendors that Heirloom works with frequently. Each course will be paired with BKS Artisan Ales beers.
Appetizers:
- Savory eclair with cream cheese sorrel, dill and asparagus – Paired with the BKS and Heirloom collaboration beer, Fleur de Levure with hibiscus, rose petals, and Meyer lemon zest
- Pretzel bite with beer mustard – Paired with Fleur de Lupulin Dry Hopped Sour
- Pork meatball with summer tomato jam – Paired with Antithesis IPA
Main Course:
- Smoked chicken thigh served with a rhubarb bbq sauce made with Fleur de Brett Raspberry
- Sweet potato salad and kohlrabi slaw
- Spent grain bread and hop honey butter
- Paired with Counterculture NE-Style IPA
Dessert: Lemon cream Beignet with strawberries, sorrel, mint and chantilly cream – Paired with Holstein Chocolate Milk Stout
You will also take home a 22oz bottle of the special BKS Artisan Ales & Heirloom Bakery collaboration beer.
