The holiday season is upon us, and we partaking in the Black Friday craziness. Here is what we have scheduled for November 24th.
Bottle Release from 12 to 1:00pm: We are releasing the first round of our Holiday beer, Pine Tree IPA. This Northeast style IPA tastes like cold pressed Pine Tree juice in a glass. With 100% Chinook hops in the boil and dry hop process, you’ll recognize notes of pine needle, conifer sap, and spice. We only have 200 bottles available of this beer, which we will release starting at noon.
We are also releasing the next 3 variants of Vacation Island. This round of bottles includes Bahama Mama, Cucumber Margarita and Blueberry Pina Colada. We have around 80 bottles of each, so they will go fast.
We may implement a bottle per person limit based on the number of people in line when doors opens. Please enter our tasting room from the patio entry facing Holmes Rd. If there is a line, we ask that the line extends down 63rd St. towards our parking lot.
Tasting Room open from 1:00 to 4pm: After the bottle release, we will be open for draft pours of Pine Tree IPA, Holstein Milk Stout, Clouds DIPA, Rockhill & Locust English Mild, Fleur de Azacca Saison-style ale, and a rotating selection of our Vacation Island session sours including the 3 new variants. The weather is supposed to be nice, so we plan to have seating available on our patio to accommodate more people.

Future Tasting Room hours: Starting December 2017, our tasting room will be open every Saturday from 1pm to 5pm.
