The holidays are upon us and we are ready with plenty of tasty beers to-go. All of our Black Friday release options will be available for online preorder starting Wednesday, Nov 25, at 7pm. Pick-up is Friday (11/27) 1 to 7pm and Saturday (11/28) 1 to 5pm. Please note the limits for the 4packs.
Few tips to help expedite the pick up process and make it as safe as possible for everyone:
- Please wear a mask!
- Pick up on our patio entrance along Holmes Street – east side of our building.
- No need to arrive early or form a line. We have your order saved, and it will be available anytime during our Fri & Sat pickup hours.
- Keep 6 ft. of distance.
- For curbside service, pull up to our entrance along Holmes Street and turn on your blinkers. We will bring your order to your car, but might take a few minutes based on how busy we are.
- Proxies allowed. Anyone picking up must be 21 years old and have the order number and associated name.
- If you are picking up for multiple people, you can email us in advance with the order numbers along with an estimated pick up time, and we will have it ready for you.
- Our tasting room and patio remain closed.
BLACK FRIDAY TO-GO OPTIONS
PINE TREE
The first round of our Holiday IPA features a blend of 4 hops that produce big citrus and pine notes. This beer gets us in the holiday spirit every year! And more good news for Pine Tree fans – two more variants will be coming in December!

BIERE DE FERME
This batch of Biere de Ferme Wild Ale was conditioned on the all purple “B” fruits – Blackberry, Boysenberry & Black Currant. Three years ago we converted two French Oak Chardonnay barrels into mini-foedres that continue to create the unique profile of Biere de Ferme. This is our 14th batch, and the complexity has continued to develop and evolve.
FEAR NOT BLACK COFFEE
A Black Friday tradition at BKS. Partnering with our friends at Oddly Correct Coffee Roasters, we’ve selected a beautiful coffee, Ethiopia Demeka, to feature in our Double Milk Stout.

AMUSEMENT (III)
The third version of our Sour IPA was brewed with lactose sugar, THEN fermented with blackberry, pineapple & mango, THEN conditioned on lavender & lemon, THEN dry-hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Motueka. The result is surprisingly Ruby Red Grapefruit. Think a dry-hopped Paloma cocktail. And THEN…
CHOCOLATIER
Honored to collab with a local favorite of ours – Christopher Elbow Chocolates. This 8% ABV Milk Stout was conditioned on Christopher Elbow cacao sourced from Costa Esmeraldas farm located in Ecuador and further conditioned on Madagascar Vanilla Beans from SAVA Trading Company. We created this stout with drinkability in mind, while still providing a full flavor experience. We think you will love this distinctly KC creation.

DOUBLE DOULE BLACK
We took a page from Double Double Green and expanded upon it for this new version in our Double Double series, made just for Black Friday. This DIPA has all the bold hops we adore to help it stand up to those full-flavored stouts everybody will be drinking on Black Friday.
