– Fri (9/3) from 1 to 8PM
– Sat (9/4) from 1 to 8PM
Before we get to the new beers for the week, we wanted to share some good news. Our tasting room remodel is done…..well, just about done. Same space with a bit of a new look! This means we have more seating inside for your drinking enjoyment. PLUS the patio has plenty of room for those that want to hang outside. Come check it out. We think you will like the new layout.
Now about this week’s can release:
– Fake Birds IPA (DDH Motueka) –
Everyone knows birds aren’t real 😉 and now we are pulling New Zealand hops into the bird story. The Motueka hops add a lime/lemon kick to the already over the top orange and tropical profile from the other hops in the mix.
– Repetitions on Mosaic DIPA –
Our Double IPA series that focuses on a single hop. While we selected Mosaic this round, we used different Mosaic hops from multiple farms, as well as various advanced Mosaic hop products that lift the aroma and flavor profile to new heights.
– Pacific Specific IPA (DDH Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Simcoe) –
This IPA series always highlights the hops grown in various regions along the Pacific Ocean. This time we double dry-hopped the beer with New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Hops along with U.S. Pacific Northwest grown Mosaic & Simcoe.
