This Saturday 10/1 is PIVO FEST! It’s a Pivo Project Lagers tap takeover at BKS Artisan Ales from 1 to 8pm. Come join us for a fun time!
- Six different Pivo Project lagers on tap throughout the day. Other beers (in addition to lager) will be available as well.
- Pretzels and other food on-site.
- Special Pivo Project mugs that are sold individually ($10) or get a lager pour in the mug & “keep the glass” ($13).
- All Pivo Project 16oz draft pours will be $5.
BEER RELEASES
Peacharine Clouds Hazy DIPA
We infused our Clouds DIPA recipe with the Peacharine hop, a brand new hop from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. Peacharine hops were added to the dry hop, producing notes of nectarine and sweet stonefruit, intermingled with the standard Clouds hop profile. While no actual fruit was used – just hops, there’s an overall citrus & tropical vibe happening that’s unique from anything else we’ve ever brewed.
Unlearned (v5) Hazy IPA
Our fifth offering in this series of experimental IPA. What we have here is a combination of malts, yeast and hops we’ve never combined together. We’re also excited to feature German grown Amarillo hops in the dry hop (along with a blend of a few others). You’ll find a soft profile and balanced bitterness across this beer with a lovely citrus, stonefruit, noble hop character, finishing a bit more dry than most of our hazy beers.
Bohemian Style Pilsner
We’ve been on a pathway towards this lager since starting up Pivo Project and are very excited to release it. Soft, bready malt character layered against flowery/spicy Czech Saaz hops. Simple, yet complex and refined. Clean and lively, this pils refreshes and soothes through each sip, inviting you in again and again!
