THANKSGIVING WEEK SCHEDULE

  • Tuesday 11/26 & Wednesday 11/27: Open 1 to 8pm.
  • Thursday 11/28: Tasting room CLOSED. Recollection Barrel Aged Barleywine available for online pre-order at 7pm. Limit 4 per person.
  • Friday 11/29: Open 11am to 8pm. Brookside Bagels onsite starting at 11am. Recollection and other dark beers on draft. Chiefs game will be on all TVs too!
  • Saturday 11/30: Open 1 to 8pm.
  • Sunday 12/1: Open 1 to 6pm.


RECOLLECTION,  Barrel Aged Barleywine being released online Thursday at 7pm.

– Barrel Aged Barleywine – 

Brewed with English Maris Otter malt and a thoughtful blend of specialty malts.
Aged in W.L. Weller wheated bourbon barrels for 36 months and bottled on 11/2/24.

Bottles available online
Thursday 11/28 at 7pm.

Pickup starting Friday.
Limit of 4 bottles per person online. Proxies allowed. 

We will save a small amount for walk-up purchase for Friday 11/29.
Walk-up limits determined that day.

🌲PINE TREE (Red Label)🌲
– Hazy IPA –
Our annual holiday Hazy IPA that features Chinook along with a complementary blend of hops that produce citrus & pine notes. This is the first of 5 different Pine Tree variants we will be releasing throughout the holiday season. This week’s Pine Tree (Red Label) is the original version that’s in its 8th year of being brewed for the Holiday season.

🖤DOUBLE DOUBLE (Black Label)🖤
– Hazy Double IPA – 
Made specially for Black Friday, this hazy double IPA has all the bold hops we adore to help it stand up to the full-flavored stouts everyone will be drinking this week. The hop blend changes each year. This year we dry hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Southern Cross and Vista hops.

🕶️CURRENT PAST (Black Label)🕶️
– West Coast Style IPA – 
Dry hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic and a touch of Krush Cryo and Nelson Sauvin. 

🏕️CAMPFIRE BREAKFAST🏕️
– Double Milk Stout –
Brewed with hickory smoked maple syrup and lactose sugar, then conditioned on coffee beans. The combo of maple, subtle hickory smoke, and coffee is amazing and will transport you to a chilly morning around a warm campfire with coffee and pancakes.
